Customer Service Officer – Permanent Full Time

Te tūranga | The role:

We have an awesome opportunity for two (2) Customer Service stars to join the friendly team within our Advice Centre based in Sylvia Park.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests from Customers. ASB offers innovative online offerings and you will help support and educate our customers on the various banking solutions and options available to them.

This is a full-time position working 80 hours a fortnight on a fully flexible roster, which will include weekend work.

We are looking for people who can build relationships, learn fast and respond quickly, and are passionate about providing memorable customer experiences. Your ability to educate customers on our digital and self-service channels will be both rewarding and satisfying. Confidence in learning our offerings and asking the right questions will ensure you are tailoring personalised solutions for customers.
