About the role:

As a Wealth Operations Investigations Officer, you will be joining an Unbeatable Team of admin and customer service superstars. A team who constantly look for better ways of doing things to ensure our customers receive ASB’s world renowned Unbeatable Service. This role will see you gain exposure to KiwiSaver, Superannuation and other investment products.

This role offers two incredible opportunities to gain exposure to and develop a career within the wealth and investments space whether you wish to join us on a 12 FTC or be a Permanent staff member. As such, we are keen to hear from driven and dynamic individuals who are eager to grow, stretch and develop their skills and capabilities in the wealth & investments area. About you:

Ideally, you know enterprise environments and can demonstrate solid skills in business analysis – skills like defining business needs and requirements, working through processes, understanding benefits, business impact, and being a central point between the stakeholders with the needs, and the squads who deliver.

Your mind-set will be a mix of growth, caring, and strategy that will help you build great relationships with a variety of people, spot challenges, and unpick roadblocks.

As a starter for success, we are looking for some of the following skills and experience:

• Be digitally savvy, really know your way around the MS Office suite
• Have excellent administration skills including exceptional attention to detail.

You will either be a recent graduate, with a couple of years post-graduation experience ideally in an administrative role OR be an experienced and dynamic individual with a passion for investments and the ability to thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
