The role

This role is responsible for the strategic delivery roadmap and to ensure the Tribe, Platform or Stream has clarity, and is focused on the right things to deliver continuous customer value. The delivery outcomes will be up to this role to execute within agreed timeframes, and to high quality. Building and improving processes to transform customer requirements also falls under the remit, as well as connecting the various workstreams, and managing financials and risk. Project members will look to this role for coaching, mentoring and building capability. It’s about leading and enabling people through the ‘how’, keeping them focussed on the ‘what’, unpicking any roadblocks, and being their biggest advocate.

What you will bring

As a passionate and experienced senior leader, ideally your background will be from within banking or financial services, and someone who understands the complexity of working within a regulatory environment. Experience in business banking and or leading large scale transformation or technology initiatives, will set you apart.

As a Delivery Lead, you will ideally have:

• Deliver outcomes with amazing experiences for our ASB employees and customers
• Set the squads up for success by ensuring they have what they need, managing dependencies, and collaborating with other Tribes, Platforms, Streams and Practices
• Lead strategic alignment for the team; oversee delivery areas, financial management, risk and controls
• Engage with senior leaders across ASB (Risk, Audit, Business Units, Technology, Strategy, Product) to build partnerships
