About the role:

We have an fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service star to join our friendly team at our Advice Centre based in our Greymouth branch.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests from customers. ASB offers innovative online offerings and you will help support and educate our customers on the various banking solutions and options available to them.

This is a full time position working 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday (8.15am to 5pm)

About you:

We are looking for people who can build relationships, learn fast and respond quickly, and are passionate about providing memorable customer experiences. Your ability to educate customers on our digital and self-service channels will be both rewarding and satisfying. Confidence in learning our offerings and asking the right questions will ensure you are tailoring personalised solutions for customers.
