Customer Service Officer – LynnMall

About the role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service star to join our friendly team at our Advice Centre based at LynnMall.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests from customers. ASB offers innovative online options and you will help support and educate our customers on the various banking solutions available to them.

This is a part time position working Saturday, Sunday and Monday (8.15am to 5pm).

About you:

We are looking for people who can build relationships, learn fast and respond quickly, and are passionate about providing memorable customer experiences. Your ability to educate customers on our digital and self-service channels will be both rewarding and satisfying. Asking the right questions will ensure you are tailoring personalised solutions for customers.
