Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

• Export Documents-

• Enters receipts of incoming materials (goods received notes) as needed.

• Pick and prepares orders for UPS/FEDEX/DHL/ETC.. shipments

• Prepares orders for shipments , includes picking orders, packing, and counting of items

• Customer Service

• Inventory Management- Assist in inventory counts

• Quality Inspection

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift over 50 pounds

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED); Some College Preferred

• 1-2 years’ experience in a office or corporate environment

• Self Managed, Organized and Focused on Details!

• Fluent in ENGLISH

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Strong interpersonal skills , and the ability to deal professionally with clients, vendors and associates on the phone and in person.

• Professional demeanor and appearance.

• Ability to adapt to different people, situations and changing priorities with flexibility as well as demonstrating an appropriate sense of urgency.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Strong organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

• A strong focus on detail and accuracy of work.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Quickbooks Knowledge is a plus!

• Able to lift over 50-75 lbs.
