Competitive wages and conditions offered. Hybrid remote. Full time. Job Summary Responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities. Establishing and maintaining relationships with niche markets. Collaborating with the Customer Service Representative (C.S.R.), Brand Specialist (B.S.) and the Online Advertising Specialist (O.A.S.) to develop and create marketing materials, manage projects, and ensure company messages are consistent. This important position requires high communication skills: in person, in writing and in telemarketing.

Primary responsibilities

• Develop a marketing plan, short and long term in collaboration

with the management team to develop new niche markets, and reinforce existing

ones.

• Establish and maintain relationships with niche markets

through tele-marketing methods and direct communication (Ex: affiliates, gym,

customers, etc.)

• Collaborate with the B.S. to conceive, deliver, edit, and

optimize marketing materials.

• Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing

strategies.

• Work as a team with C.S.R. and B.S. to execute messaging

through CRM, customer relationship and website

• Work in tandem with the B.S. on social media outreach, to

deliver content via social media platforms, email, or direct mail.

• Coordinate and deliver email campaigns including creating rich

and creative content that is optimized for search engines.

• Monitor marketing industry news and submit reports on emerging

trends to management each month. 1

• Coordinate flow of information and communication and

disseminate it according to plan/strategy.

• Work with the manager to determine the event budget and manage

expenses to that budget.

• Promote products and services through public relations

initiatives.

• Develop marketing communications campaigns.
• Create leadership materials.
• In collaboration with B.S. create and deliver press releases,

media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate

newsletter content, social media content, and blogs.

• Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key

media contacts and customer references.

• Research media coverage and industry trends.
• Develop fresh story ideas.
• Conduct extensive media outreach.
• Improve communication efficiencies within the company.
• In collaboration with B.S. develop internal and external

publications such as newsletters, releases, email announcements, planned

publications, on-line, intranet, video, special projects and assignments.

• Create, distribute and analyze customer surveys and other

action plans. Requirements:

Team player Excellent English writing and communication

skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (marketing, communications)
• Customer services, marketing and sale experience
• Knowledge of marketing tools and techniques
• Ambitious, motivated & self-starting – A can-do spirit
• Proficient in social media marketing, and relevant computer

applications
