About the Role:

Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating the Salesforce updates, features, providers or vendors support.
• Managing defects/upgrades within Salesforce.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years’ experience of Salesforce dev experience.
• Designed and developed Health or Service clouds, created technical and functional documents (SFDC reporting).
• Developed the salesforce application using Lightning, flows, workflows, and community.
• Experience in Agile methodology, worked with Contract Management like Apttus, Salesforce automation and customization, and writing code – Apex code, Apex classes, triggers, batches, designing visual force pages all to provide for the business stakeholders.
• Developing applications, writing code, created customized salesforce lightning components.

Plusses:

• Healthcare provider industry experience is a plus.

Location: Richardson, TX (Hybrid)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100,000 – $120,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for bonus based on achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
