Ascendo Resources Hiring for Human Resources Assistant at Swedesboro, NJ Full Time

Ascendo Resources is actively seeking a full-time, on-site, bilingual HR Assistant for our client based in Swedesboro, NJ on a temp-to-permanent basis.

Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday

Compensation: $18 – $22/hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Facilitate onboarding process for new temporary hires: create and assign badges to new temporary staff and replace lost badges,
• Translate documents into Spanish and lead conversations for translation if necessary,
• Assist the HR team with employee related events,
• Update systems regarding the new temporary hires,
• Additional responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma,
• Bilingual in English and Spanish,
• Some office/administrative experience,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Strong attention to detail.
