Ascendo Resources Hiring for Order Entry Clerk at Swedesboro, NJ Full Time

Ascendo Resources is actively seeking two full-time, on-site Order Entry Specialists for our client based in Swedesboro, NJ on a temp-to-permanent basis.

Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday

Compensation: $18-$22/hour

Benefits: Free Health Insurance after one month

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Accurately enter customer orders into system, including the correct product, quantity, delivery date, and purchase orders.
• Update and revise orders as needed,
• Collaborate with transportation department to expedite delivery needs and delivery changes,
• Proactively communicate any packaging concerns, shortages, overages, to sales member,
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Strong attention to detail,
• Demonstrated computer skills,
• Ability to meet deadlines and appropriately manage tasks.
