Title: Manager Physician Relations

Schedule: 8am-5pm

What You Will Do

Market network medical services to providers in the healthcare community.

• Develop strategies with physicians and leadership to increase admissions. Determine which physicians to promote/pursue and identify new opportunities. Develop and implement measurement systems to determine the impact of physician recruitment programs. Evaluate physician progress and compliance.Establish standards for ongoing physician performance expectations.

• Partner in the development of marketing plans and strategies for various facilities and/or product lines with the goal of increasing physician utilization of Network facilities and improving payer mix. Determine where to focus marketing/physician relations efforts based on utilization analysis.

• Meet with representatives of target populations regarding network services and programs. Provide information and promote the utilization of programs and services. Identify and coordinate resolution of problems to improve physician utilization and patient satisfaction.

• Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. Perform and oversees scheduling, recruitment and payroll.

What You Will Need

Education:

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree required.

Work Experience:

• 3 years of experience required.

• 5 years of experience preferred.

• 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.

Additional Preferences

Medical practice management experience 2 years preferred
