The Role:

The Human Resources Customer Service Representative (HR CSR) works from home and speaks with new or prospective clients via telephone, asks a series of questions for the purpose of compiling data, and then uses this data to determine the best course of action for that client. The HR CSR conducts thorough intake with great attention to detail. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm
when clients are frustrated and provide empathy and reassurance that you’re there to help.

HR Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to client inquiries.
• Communicating with clients through various channels.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing Terms and Conditions documentation and ensuring it is signed and returned promptly.
• Keeping records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

HR Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• Human Resources or related certification (preferred but not required).
• 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant or Paralegal (preferred but not required).
• Exposure to Labor Law and employment regulations.
• Exposure to payroll practices.
• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Proficient using computers.
• Experience working with customer support.
• Typing Skills – 35 wpm

o Dual Monitors Recommended

Internet Service Requirements:
o Internet access provided by a cable or fiber optic provider
o Minimum upload speed of 20 Mbps
o Minimum download speed of 100 Mbps
o Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement of the Work From Home position. You may be asked to upgrade your existing service or switch providers to meet the job requirements.
