Asheville Dispensary Hiring for Administrative Assistant for Hemp Product Distribution Company Job at Remote Full Time

Asheville’s own Carolina Best Distribution is expanding exponentially, and we’re ready to hire an administrative pro to help us service some of the country’s largest brands in Hemp & CBD products. If you’re a detail-oriented multitasker with strong organizational skills, here’s your chance to work directly with the CEO of our extremely successful plant medicine distribution company.

You’d work mostly from home, weekdays, appx. 10am-4pm, 3-4 days a week. Compensation range $15-$20/hr., commensurate with proven experience, training & skillsets. We promote from within, and we’re looking for someone to join our team for the long term and grow along with us.

Requirements:
– Top notch customer service & communications skills
– Very familiar with Google workspace tools
– Experience with invoicing and basic accounting
– Self motivated, fast learner, intuitive, caring, trustworthy and productive – Currently located in the Asheville area
– Weekday availability, 3-4 days/wk.
– Graphic design & social media skills a bonus
