JOB SUMMARY:
With supervision from the Clinic Site Manager, answers eight-line telephone console, screens and routes telephone calls; takes telephone messages for providers and clinic staff; schedules cancel and reschedules patient appointments; assists triage nurse with the initial screening of telephone calls according to clinical protocols; provides backup support to Patient Services Representative and Medical Interpreter.
