We’re ASOS. We blend our flair for fashion with our love of cutting- edge technology, but more importantly were interested in how we can bring the best out of you.
We exist to give people the confidence to be whoever they want to be, and that goes for our people too. At ASOS, you’re free to be your true self without judgment, and channel your creativity into a platform used by millions.
As an Entry Assistant Designer you will be working closely with the Womenswear team who design the amazing product for our twenty something customer. If you love fashion design, researching the latest trends and want to be part of a fast paced fashion forward design team this could be the opportunity for you.
What you’ll be doing…
You will be supporting the Designer in all aspects of the design process. You will research, develop and design garments to support the designer on the department. At ASOS it’s all about newness so researching trend, creating mood and colour boards and sharing creative ideas is key to improve and develop the ASOS collection and to create trends for the season. This may also include shop reports and souring new fabrications and trimmings. You will also work alongside the buying teams to reacted to sales information and alongside your designer present design ideas and develop product to drive the range.
We’d love to meet, someone with…

Through our Fashion with Integrity strategy we are driving diversity, equity and inclusion across every aspect of ASOS and ensuring every ASOSer can be their authentic self at work. We want our people to be whoever they want to be, because we believe people who bring their best selves to work, do their best work.
