Executive Assistant to Chief Financial Officer and Chief People Officer (9month FTC)

Overview
In this role you should be a reflection of your Executives, living the ASOS Way and acting as an ambassador of ASOS and your Execs. You will be accountable for managing your Executives day to day at ASOS to ensure they meet their responsibilities. You must be committed and have an adaptable approach to maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, responding quickly to the demands and remain one step ahead at all times.
This role encompasses a wide variety of tasks and requirements – varying from meeting and greeting guests through to compiling reports and managing deadlines.
The Person
The ideal candidate will be confident working at significant pace, proactively managing varying priorities and managing upwards. The individual must be a self-starter as well as constantly looking ahead to prioritise time and workload and anticipating the requirements of other’s needs. It’s also vital the candidate is confident in building relationships with key stakeholders (both internally and externally) and has a desire to gain a wider understanding of the work being undertaken across the team. Gaining a deeper understanding of the function will help to strengthen the support provided to the Executives.
Previous experience as an EA supporting to Exec/C-Suite level is essential, providing examples of organisational and project-management skills.
The Team
You will be working within the Finance & PX function, which are overseen by both the CFO & CPO.
You will also be part of a wider PA team, consisting of PAs and EAs across the business who work collaboratively day by day.
