Scottsdale professional service firm seeks a highly intelligent, resourceful individual with exceptional communication skills and organizational ability is sought by a busy professional looking for operational support across a wide variety of tasks and initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, this candidate will be able to quickly synthesize information and present it with confidence to the principal; in the long-term, this candidate will be managing multiple simultaneous projects toward big-picture goals.

Responsibilities will include directing communication and information flow to/from principal, coordinating a complex schedule, conducting thorough research on a diverse array of topics and synthesizing findings into recommendations, efficient flow of information to the professional staff and management team to support principal’s needs, and comprehensive administrative support to assure the smooth running of a busy calendar.
An active approach to problem solving, strong project management, communication, and technology savviness/computer literacy are all a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
