Essential Functions
Answer phones and route calls, provide information to client, refer questions and issues to appropriate staff for problem resolution
Create internal/external correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets
Complete payroll input for employees on a project ensuring deadlines are met
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Order and maintain office supplies
Schedule and set-up internal meetings/conference calls/catering as required
May act as a liaison for office locations and maintenance issues
May act as liaison for vendors and ensure appropriate coding and payment of office related invoices
Assist with the hiring practices (advertisement, phone screens, interviews)
Assist with all new hire paperwork
Create and maintain personnel files
Assist other co-workers with other duties as asked
Minimum Requirements
Due to the inherently dangerous nature of the industry and requirements to work with or around hazardous equipment, employees must be able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Must be able to write, read and comprehend written and verbal job instructions/information.
Must be able to communicate with others
Able to multi-task and produce in a high paced team oriented environment
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Organized, detail oriented and follows-through
Must have good phone/communication skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
