About the role

The successful applicant will form part of a diverse team of people engaged in the supply of our range of pre-hung, solid core fire and commercial solid core doors.

Your key accountabilities and responsibilities:

• Providing support to the Office Manager

• Processing of accounts payable.
• Bank reconciliation
• Effective cash flow management and monthly reporting
• Preparation of weekly / monthly financial management reports and year-endfinancial accounts.
• IRD requirements, GST, PAYE, FBT
• Managing general office supplies and any supplier contracts associated withgoods and service for the efficient running of the office.
• Processing of monthly claims, invoicing, statements and receivables
• Debtor Management
• Payroll preparation.
• Management of petty cash and office expenses.
• Proficient in cover of compliance tags management

About the successful candidate:

• Working knowledge of financial accounting systems
• Intermediale Excel skills
• Ability to work both in a team envionment and autonomously.
• Possess integrity, a hands-on ‘can do attitude’ and self motivation
• Highly developed organisation and problem solving skills.
• Ability to complete tasks with high degrees of accuracy.
• Ability to meet timelines
• Capacity to be flexible
