We are a Singaporean accounting firm looking for keen and eager interns to be a part of our team. We work closely with clients to ensure that all their needs are met.

We are looking for someone who is determined with an open mindset who has great problem solving skills. If you are up for the challenge, this internship role is for you! 

Since we are a small company, we are all very close, be a part of our family!

Job Descriptions

• Assist with travel bookings
• Managing invoicing and accounts
• Assist with work and family scheduling
• Support in administrative tasks
• Any other related duties as and when assigned

Requirement

• Strong organisational skills
• Able to communicate clearly in person and via email in English.
• Well-versed in using Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel.
• Familiar with Keynote or PowerPoint is also a bonus.
• Familiar with Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar – or tech-savvy enough and willing to learn how to use them.
• Familiar with Asana or Trello or other project management software is a bonus too; or at least willingness to learn to use one of these tools.

Additional Information

• Option of 3 days PA and 2 days Admin Assistant
