We cover all aspects including fire system design, installation, and ongoing testing and maintenance of fire systems. Our aim is to be the best in the business and that is where you come in.

We have an exciting opportunity available to join us as Manager, Key Accounts – Auckland.

You’ll be working with a fantastic group of people, leading the Auckland Key Accounts Team to be the best, while also managing some of the company’s most prestigious clients and sites.

We are on the lookout for a talented, results-orientated Senior Key Account Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

What we’re looking for:
• NZ residency
• Demonstrable Key Account Management experience in either Fire Protection, Building Services, or Facilities/Property Management industry highly regarded
• Experience in Asset Management planning including Opex and Capex budgeting, also highly regarded
• Great leadership skills with the ability to unite a team to deliver best practice Key Account Management
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Someone who can work strategically, has an eye for detail, and is results-oriented
• Ability to work to deadlines and meet promises
• Strong customer service and administration skills
• Team player that will relish a challenge and understand the importance of being an active and positive participant in a high-performing team environment
• Vibrant and bubbly personality
• Relevant Tertiary qualifications highly regarded
