We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our Christchurch team. This role is responsible for generating leads for HP Multifunction Printers, converting them to a sale, and then, in conjunction with the BDL support team, managing the sales process through to the successful installation of equipment to the customer.

Responsibilities Include.

• Identify and onboard new clients, ensuring they are quoted and sold the optimal products and solutions to support their business.
• Develop, and maintain trusted relationships with existing clients to drive opportunities, enhance, market share, and boost revenue.
• Updating all internal systems and completing all necessary documentation required to manage the sales pipeline in collaboration with the BDL Team.
• Proving structured/comprehensive updates to the customer throughout the sales process

You will be a driven, skilled, and talented individual, this is an outbound role with an expectation you will have scheduled meetings and visits every week driving and facilitating business.

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, building net-new business, and maximising relationships.
• A team player with high levels of initiative and enthusiasm.
• Professional manner and presentation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar business development role, ideally with experience in Copiers/Printers/Multi-Function Devices
• Calm under pressure. Ability to make decisions and work autonomously.
• Strong time-management skills
