At HB Technologies we create partnerships with our clients by listening to and understanding their business, the Sales & Business Development Manager has a critical role responsible for new business generation covering the full range of products offered by HBT and ensuring sales and marketing activities are performed within agreed standards and in a professional manner.

Responsibilities Include.

• To provide qualified competitive client solutions to new business clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new solutions; and recommending profit and service improvements provided by these new solutions.
• Aware of and in pursuit of opportunities for growth and new business from existing client base, leading to growth in overall Client Profitability.
• Proactively review client pipeline and follow up contacts made during cold calls.
• Provide regular reports to the Managing Director on all Sales and Marketing activities, including status and call reports every week.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending training events; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.
• Concept creation for outbound and internal Marketing/Brand and go-to-market strategies, as discussed and agreed with the Managing Director.
• Be responsible for correct sales administration, including timely completion of all necessary documentation.

You will be a driven, skilled, and talented individual, with the ability to lead a Sales Account Manager, and a part-time Sales Administrator ensuring each team member is on target, and complies with and follows all sales reporting and administration processes.

• Demonstrated experience in a similar business development role, ideally with experience in the IT industry
• Calm under pressure. Ability to make decisions and work autonomously.
• Strong time-management skills
