Job Details:
Project Coordinator in Health Care Field
100% Remote position – can sit anywhere in the US as long as they are okay with working the set hours
M-F 8am – 5pm EST
Equipment Provided
Training: Orientation for a few days
Description:
Assist and support team members.
Process requests that come in through Intake Process (PeoplePortal OR LARF)
Outsource the request to a team members.
Review versions of agreements to ensure final document matches the guidelines required.
Assist with data entry tasks.
Provide administrative support the team members
Additional Skills & Requirements:
Must have strong organizational skills and experience working in administrative roles in healthcare or universities.
Must be proficient with Adobe, Microsoft Products, and general software.
Experience with Smartsheets, SalesForce, Epic, Workday or Clinical Trial Management Systems would be a bonus.
Have experience with Docusign or AdobeSign would also be helpful.
1-2 years research administrative experience
High School Diploma/GED
Prefer degree in healthcare administration or other related field
