Description:
To process equity loans and ensure compliance in accordance with applicable federal/state laws, as well as company policy, procedures, NCUA and Federal Home Loan Bank guidelines and regulations. To provide administrative and clerical support to the Equity Processing and Closing Sections as well as the Management team
Contact employers and insurance companies to verify employment/insurance to ensure accuracy & validity
Examine hazard, flood and master condo insurance policies to determine if property condition/insurance is within acceptable levels
Verbally obtain and calculate payoffs for credit cards, installment loans and mortgage accounts
Prepare loan disclosures required by Federal/state laws (e.g. Loan Estimate)
Send out loan disclosure documentation to members within the required three day timeline either electronically or hard copy to ensure RESPA compliance
Index loan documents received electronically via fax and e-mail from members, Processors, Closers and/or third parties.
Review new loan applications against USPS records
Send Equity documents via USPS & FedEx to appropriate person or department
Understand and comply within federal and other regulations relating to financial products and services
Review flood certifications and send appropriate flood disclosures to member via FedEx and/or e-mail to members
Train new employees on the procedures to verify and contact employment/insurance agencies to ensure accuracy & validity and other duties completed by the Support Team
Perform other duties as assigned

Fairly new team and only been there for a year and half
They will be handling and completing three main packages for the equity processors
Daily report-loan estimates and packages
Someone who is detail orientated with banking experience
Training put into place for this position-training July 10th
They can always sit down for hands on training
They will be responsible of the activation of the employee request to help expedite the loan process
Estimated 15 3DD packages in 2 ½ hours (loan estimates on a monthly review)
Overtime 10 per pay period-5 a week
This position 9am to 530
Performance Metrics
10% on how many were assigned for the month
10-15 loans I would review, see how many errors they do from that chunk
Daily average and daily basis
Those request sent from a inbox (they can take 3 time)
