Job Description:
Make bank deposits regularly using automated scanner and enter checks into AR General Ledger on a daily basis
Utilize MS Excel and Sage as needed
Manage check and ACH payments in workbook
Process customer credit cards and initiate follow through collections on vendor and customer accounts
Assist with AR collections when needed
Complete contract billing every month
Process releases to contractors as soon as available
Assist with answering phones as needed
Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude to all internal and external customers; actively participate in quickly resolving customer issues
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1+ year of AR experience required
1+ year of experience in billing and working with financials
Good job tenure required
Sage/Timberline software experience preferred
