Description:
The company seeks an experienced Business Development (BD) and marketing manager responsible for new business capture and customer interface for current/future business opportunities, supporting the company’s strategic growth objectives through sales and service of Aerospace and aero-defense products in North America. The manager will report to the company Director of Marketing & Business Development in Bellevue, WA. The manager is expected to seek out and win orders, meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets with the support of management. The manager will also have to maintain work interfaces with the company Divisions in Europe (France & Germany), and with the company’s US-based divisions.

Communication Skills:
The individual must be capable of preparing and presenting detailed reports and presentations to Customers, management, peers, and partners, thus a high level of competency in both written and communication. The ability to communicate in French or German is a plus.
Technical Skills:
The individual must be competent in engineering/technologies necessary to perform the required work and to be able to understand technical papers and discussions.
Computer Skills:
The individual shall be fluent in working with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Besides the academic degrees, no special certificates, licenses, or registrations are required.
Pay: 115K – 150K
Location: Onsite, Bellevue, WA
Duration: Permanent

Colorado and Washington markets for jobs performed in Colorado and Washington.
