Description:Job Overview:
As part of the Customer Account Management team, the customer account associate is responsible for engaging customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of the services purchased. The customer account associate must thrive on working in a fast-paced, exciting environment, creating value for the client and have strong account management and customer service skills. Adaptability, agility, emotional intelligence, networking skills, writing, and communication skills are just a few of the essential skills needed to be successful in this role.

This role is fully remote manager would prefer someone willing to work PST or EST hours – Possibility for conversion to FTE available dependent on performance – Manager is looking for a energetic and lively candidate to manage customer focused phone calls. This person will need to be adaptable and agile in the everchanging day to day processes. Having Account Management or Sales experience will help within this role – the manager is looking for someone who will want to grow within the role and company and can take ownership of their work. ***This is a tactical administrative support with high paced admin task responsibilities***
