Description:
Candidates will be taking inbound calls all day long assisting all customers with any issues or questions they have. They will receive at minimum 60 calls per day.
Assist Customer with inquiries, account status, and problem resolution in a fast paced call center.
Job Duties include:
-Consistently answer incoming calls to the customer service department with PRIDE service (Approximately 60+ calls daily)
-Ask appropriate questions to identify the root cause of calls to generate effective solutions for AHFC and customer while effectively resolving conflicts
-Follow up on customer issues and concerns (payments, payoffs, title work) in a timely manner)
-Adhere to legal and operational compliance by strictly following all company policy and procedures.
-Become a productive member of the team with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must have:
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Experience with customer service and problem resolution
-Associates Degree Minimum
-Minimum of 45 wpm typing speed
Preferred Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree
