Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Must be willing to work on site, but looking to implement a hybrid work schedule in the future

Job Overview:

Data Entry Clerks will be assisting customers with claims on their homeowner’s insurance. The specialist manages the claim from the point of reporting through completion of the repairs. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills to respond to questions and requests from clients, staff, borrowers, contractors, adjusters, and agents quickly and accurately. The specialist must demonstrate the ability to make decisions, problem analysis, and promptness to ensure the client’s needs are met on a timely basis

Job Duties:

• Assisting clients with releasing funds to be paid to restoration companies to perform repairs on their property
• Approximately 25 calls per day
• Document all conversation details into a multi-screen computer system
• Make outbound calls to follow up on claims
• Monitor and respond to calls and emails
• Associates must be willing to listen and understand the customer’s frustration
• Must be able to stay calm under pressure
• Problem solving with the customer to make them feel at ease

MUST have:

• Office experience in a customer service, administrative, data entry, or production role
• Good attendance – must be there every day!
• Tech savvy
• Analytical; ability to solve a problem
