Our client in the fish/wildlife industry is seeking a data entry/customer service professional to join their team!
Description:
Assist disaster relief applicants with customer service over the phone and email
Help applicants navigate website, check eligibility and update them on their claims
Update call notes regarding status into proprietary data system
Other administrative tasks as required
Answer questions regarding
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills (able to navigate multiple websites and perform data entry accurately
Exhibits patience – some applicants may speak English as a second language and/or not be computer literate
Data Entry skills
Attention to detail
