Job Description:

• Responsible for supporting an administrative professional to help them stay organized and complete tasks that allow them to focus on more advanced responsibilities
• Their duties organizing meetings for Administrators, greeting office visitors and composing documents on behalf of Administrators
• Enter company data and move it to another system so everything can be tracked properly

Qualifications:

• Ability to work on a computer and sitting for the shift.
• Administrative or clerk type work experience preferred. Would also consider call center experience.
• Strong work ethic and VERY positive attitude with proven productivity.
• VERY detail oriented and willing to dig in and research/root cause for errors.
• In office, not remote opportunity at this time.
