Description:
This position has very limited responsibilities and will help to transition the candidate into more of an interactive role, with customers, once permanent.

• open files (emails from customers)
• obtain Arrival Notices from carriers/forwarders
• Scan/Index Documents into their proprietary system
• Key in commercial invoice data in the the proprietary system
• Assist in check requests from customers or other internal departments
• Customer Service – specifically data integrity within their system. (on contract, the candidate will not be communicating with customers directly – due to federal regulations)
• Any other projects that come about for the Customs Brokerage Department.
