Aston Carter Hiring for Digital Support Specialist (Hiring ASAP) at Austin, TX Full Time

**Remote – candidate must be located in Texas**

Required:

• 2+ years of administrative/clerical record keeping of some kind (flexible/variable)
• 1+ years of professional/corporate level customer service or program/project management experience (project coordination, etc.)
• Intermediate experience in MS SUITE (excel, word, ppt)

Description:
The Digital Support Specialist will be updating tons of different applications for technical specialist in the field. Heavy usage of numbers, spreadsheets, transfer, data entry heavy. Minimum phone contact, all will be internal.

The Digital Support Specialist will be setting up internal employees within an application and walking them through all they need access to and sending a follow up email to their tech to let them know they’re good to go. Will occasionally discuss over email with customers and be able to assist them. Need to have strong email correspondence skills.
