Columbia Sportswear is looking for a Missing Packages Investigation rep for a seasonal role in their Headquarters in SW Portland!

The Job:

• Sending customers updates on their missing package investigations
• Reviewing missing package info and following up with customers via email

Must Haves:

• Experience with phones, call center, chat support or email support preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Warm, friendly, and helpful personality as well be able to handle tough conversations
• Good typing speed around 35+ wpm

Pay: $22/hr
