Description:
Medsource is a medical device company (breast pumps) that is opening a small office in Colorado Springs. Actively looking for someone who is able to handle a lot of data entry taking orders from customers over the phone. Contractor will be working in a Patient Database. Receiving and handling of all incoming referrals and orders per HIPPA regulations, including but not limited to:
o Patient Demographics
o Emergency Contact Information
o Insurance Information and Verification
o Physician Information
o Diagnosis
o Billing Information
Will also need to greet customers if they come in to the office. Not a lot of foot traffic, but looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with idividuals if they come in
Qualifications:
High school Diploma or GED
At least 6mo of customer service or office work environment
At least 6mo experience working in the medical field
