Description:
This is a full-time position where you will be eligible to join an elite team of individuals striving to continue to grow and develop mortgage skills proven to be successful. We’ll put you through an intensive mortgage training process as a Junior Loan Officer where you will learn the mortgage process from our VP of Sales, as well as our Directors of Sales, who have a combined 50 years of leadership development. Our elite process speaks for itself, we are on pace to fund 4 billion dollars in our third full year of business, while it has taken the majority of lending companies in the industry nearly a decade to reach such a feat.

Requirements:
· No sales or mortgage experience necessary but preferred
· High school Diploma
· Looking for driven, self-motivated individuals who are determined to hit goals in order to achieve career growth and financial success
· Must be a Resident of the surrounding area
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
