Aston Carter Hiring for Order Entry Specialist (24-26 An Hour) at Deerfield, IL Full Time

Description:
This person compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities of establishment by performing the following duties. The incumbent must enter all orders, sample requests and sent out confirmations within 24 hours of entering an order. This also requires all Documents necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• In charge of processing sample requests & projects for flavors, fragrances & aroma chemicals.
• Provide assistance to customers, support sales force and maintain open communication.
• Capable of working accurately, efficiently and is able to follow up on pending matters.
• Monitor requests/project status, backorder expediting, shipping discrepancies, and missing documents
• Contact customers when orders are delayed or canceled.
• Provide quality service while continuously striving for improvement and consistency
• Filing and organizing paperwork pertaining to all samples along with supporting correspondence
• Extensive contact with all levels of management, sales staff, shipping & lab personnel
• Experience in the food industry is a plus

Hours:
Monday through Friday

8am to 5pm
