Skills & Qualifications:
Proven customer support experience
Order entry (order processing) – preferably in industrial/3PLsetting
SAP knowledge REQUIRED
WMS systems and practices – TMS experience required
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Computer Skills ( Word and Excel )
Description:
Process orders in WMS system and TMS
Communicate with client via email and by phone to process orders as well as drivers to assist with transportation/scheduling questions
This person will be answering very few calls, checking in drivers and processing all orders in WMS system AND SAP
Work within group of 5 to process orders and manage inventory – there are typically 100-200 orders processed per day (split between group)
CSR will mainly respond to customers via email (CSR usually handles 30 calls/emails per day)
Perform data entry and enter order information into system
Provide warehouse with client orders.
