Description:
Initial point of contact for all persons entering the building.
Answering and directing incoming calls, check after hour voice mail and disperse to appropriate individuals.
Track all vendors, deliveries and repairmen for contract badges, screening of unscheduled visitors.
Schedule courier service requests by employees.
Receiving both “drop-ins” and scheduled candidates for interviews. Confirm employment application is completed.
Assist with transportation services as needed for employees and candidates.
Manage specialty orders and invoices including, catering, hotel, flowers, limo/taxi service as needed. Maintain invoices and code to appropriate departments.
Assist with special projects as needed including: updating of Employee Directory, assisting Quality Department with FDA onsite visits, coordination of special events such as Carter Blood Drive.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Professional personal presentation with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications.
Strong analytical skills and decision making abilities.
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented with an emphasis on quality.
Excellent time management and task management skills are essential.
