• Cloud Based company is hiring recruiters! Supporting partner group of 2,500 person (1,500 US) global business with sourcing of 2 job families primarily – Business Development and Solution Architects.

Skillsets Recruiting On:

• Business development: Sr level Partner Development Managers (PDMs), specialists or partner success managers who either have specific industry experience or channel sales experience.

• Most recruits are 10 plus years of sales and $200,000 comp packages.

• Solutions Architects – more technical and industry knowledge needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Prefer East Coast for time zone purposes.

• Experience working as a recruiter-sourcer at an agency

• Sales recruiting experience

• Technical Recruiting Experience

Experience Level:

• At least 3 years of full life cycle recruitment experience preferred with an agency.
