Candidates MUST have:
Job Title : Customer Service Representative-Retention Department
Pay : $15/hr – pay raise to $16/hr once you go permanent and BONUS structure once you go perm after 6 months!
Job Description:
Candidates will be assisting with their VIP Rewards Program, must be comfortable upselling this program as well as footwear, will be on the phones as well
Will answer questions, try to retain customers and if not you will cancel the memberships
Handling inbound calls with customers and members
Targeting upbeat and friendly!
Call metrics and sales metrics guidelines for the role
Opportunity to be cross-trained in other departments if you are performing well
Start: Monday, June 6th
Training: Will be 5 Business Days ****After that you will be live on the phones
Shift: You should be open to working 7 AM-7 PM for an 8-hour shift and at least one weekend day
