Aston Carter Hiring for Remote Customer Service Representatives at Louisville, KY Full Time

Entry Level Remote Opportunity working with a reputable payroll servicer in the Louisville area.

This position requires representatives who are comfortable

receiving inbound calls for duration of shift.

$19.00 per hour

Position is fully remote after 3-4 weeks of training.

Onsite Training classes start on 9/19 & 9/26 100% Attendance is Required

Schedule during training- Monday-Friday 830am to 5pm

After training – Reps will work a shift between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday

A company laptop provided.

You will be taking Incoming calls of customers, employees, or clients requiring assistance with open enrollment of medical benefits.

Qualifications:
Must have a quiet place to work from home without distractions

Internet service (WIFI or Ethernet) required

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Be able to verify the last 5 years of employment

Typing test/ Call center test and computer knowledge
