We are seeking to hire a new project associate!

This is a 100% remote opportunity out of the states of OR, WA, or ID. Must reside in one of those three states.

Pay: $20/hr

Location: 100% remote in OR, WA or ID

Description:

• Contact Vendors to collect contract information and details regarding waste services.
• Manages and maintains multiple spreadsheets containing large datasets.
• Responsible for modifying existing data templates and correcting corresponding data elements
• Correct data errors in the source system.
• Research data discrepancies which may result in accurate client data reporting.
• Perform quality audits based on established, adopted best practices at the enterprise, team and individual team member level.
• Analyze audit data and provide reports of findings. Maintain accurate records of these findings.
• Recognize areas that need further process definition by identifying performance trends.
• Identify trends indicating training needs and make recommendations to Manager.
• Maintain high level of confidentiality.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

• 2 years of experience involving customer related work experience and organizing and prioritizing work tasks.
• Experience in bill calculations and data capture
• Prior Waste or Utility experience preferred.
• Experience in templates is preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of company objectives, service deliverables and bill payment process
• Strong data analysis skills including analyzing and interpreting data.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be a team player, detail oriented, dependable and adaptable.
• Must be flexible with schedule and available for overtime work as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a self-directed environment.
• Thorough understanding of reporting capabilities and how clients use the system.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Must have solid computer skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
