** Remote in Minneapolis

** $18 per hour

** Must be available 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday

Description:

• 60-70 incoming calls from licensed insurance agents and brokers looking to get assistance on our policies and procedures to communicate back to their customers
• Research customer policy guidelines and reiterate information back to customer
• Provide accurate policy information to customers
• Assist in registration and navigation of company registration
• Follow up with customers when necessary
