NOW HIRING for a LICENSED Health Insurance Agent!!!

These positions will be a FULLY remote role.

MUST HAVES:
Scheduling Experience – Call Center – Pharmacy/healthcare – Customer Service + Office Experience

Pay:
$17 /hr +

Shift:
Must be available for a 1st or 2nd shift and weekends if need be (8:00a to 8:00p CST)

Description:

• Make outbound scheduling calls to consumers who need a medication review and may possess several social determinants of health barrier
• Utilize auto dialer to make 80-160 outbound calls daily
• Establish rapport with consumers so they are comfortable openly discussing barriers related to medications or scheduling a review
• Triage inbound calls from consumers and healthcare professionals
• Interact daily with healthcare professionals of all levels- including pharmacies, providers, and other care teams

Primary Qualifications:

• 1+ year of similar experience (scheduling, call center, pharmacy/healthcare, or customer service + office experience)
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Work Environment

• All equipment provided by company and shipped prior to starting
• They make their own schedule between 8a-8p CST M-F (must work at least 8 hours at a time and 40 hours each week set schedules
• Training is 4 consecutive days 8:00-4:30 with trainer before they start to make their own schedule
• This position is full-time (40 hours per week) Monday – FRIDAY

POSSIBLE Shifts :
o 8am-4:30pm

o 8:30am-5pm

o 9am-5:30pm

o Latest shift would be 11:30am-8pm
