Remote Technical Support Representative

32 Hours Guaranteed | Pay $18 an hour | Full benefits | Weekly Pay|

Start Date: NOV 28th | 11 month seasonal contract with renewal opportunity

Calling all Customer Service Representatives, Technical Support Representatives, and/or Gamers located within 2 hours of Seattle! We are partnering with one of the world’s leading video game entertainment companies for a remote customer service opportunity! This role will be fast-paced and high-volume.

Description:

• Providing online connection support for gaming systems via phone.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and set up product repairs as needed.
• Troubleshooting connection problems including walking consumers’ through network security settings and router settings.
• Answering consumer questions regarding the online features of their gaming systems.
• Documenting and forward consumer comments.
• Answering consumer calls from children and adults.
• Resolving account issues (login issues, fraudulent charges, account bans, etc.)
• Collect consumer information for incident tracking.

Successful representatives must have the following skills:

• A commitment and a passion for customer service
• The ability to learn and apply technical concepts
• Handle escalated situations while leading with empathy
• Must be up for a challenge
