Pay: $14.50hr
Placement: 90 Business Day Contract to Hire
Schedule: Mon – Sun 6am – 8pm availability Central Time Zone
Equipment: Is provided; need access to reliable high speed internet (Broadband internet with ability to hard wire via an Ethernet cable)
Location: Work From Home (permanent)
Start Date: ASAP!
Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of recent c all center customer
service experience (looking for close to 1 year average tenure at past positions)
****Prefer that they have worked from home before****
A bility to type 30 WPM
B asic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
Education Requirement Minimum: High School
Diploma or GED
Job Duties:
Field incoming calls from existing or new Customers and provide a great, caring experience
Help customers schedule an inspection of their property
Assist customers in renewing their monthly/yearly memberships
Enter the correct dates and times of the appointments into the system
Ensure the customer is satisfied with the job being done
