Job Description:
Will be taking inbound calls from patients that need to schedule diagnostic appointments.
This individual will be responsible for asking screening/intake questions and passing that information along to the scheduler who will then call the patient back to schedule the appointment.
This person will NOT be doing the scheduling themselves, just taking initial information.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of call center experience (healthcare call center is preferred but not necessary)
Customer service skills
Experience de-escalating issues
Comfortable with a minimum of 60 calls per day
Experience Level:
Intermediate Level
Hours:
8-4:30PM or 8:30-5PM
