This is a wonderful Administrator opportunity that will work with the best in the business of laboratory and specialty services providing solutions to some of the most influential primary industry businesses in New Zealand.
Working out of AsureQuality’s Wellington Laboratory in Lower Hutt this is a busy role that will utilise your previous experience of administration, travel planning, data entry, invoicing, and procurement required for the effective functioning of the Specialty Services teams.
Your ability to adapt and build strong, positive relationships will provide the pivot to success as you build your process and database knowledge to provide trusted advice and administrative expertise across the teams, showing initiative, attention to detail and a solutions focussed attitude.

About you:

• *Please be advised this is a full time role working from Monday to Friday with the possibility of some days working from home.

To be considered for role you will have:

• Previous administration experience with proficiency in MSOffice 365
• Knowledge of purchase orders and invoicing
• Capability managing databases for data input and retrieval
• Ability to provide professional document presentations
• Excellent organising skills and customer service experience.
• Initiative, attention to detail and a solutions focussed outlook.
